Anyone else think it might be a good idea to try and separate the instructions for stable and developmental into two different pages. It seems a little cluttered and confusing right now. --Andrewsomething 12:18, 26 October 2007 (PDT)

I was thinking the same thing this one is a little messy. And Maybe also we could put a guide for each distribution. I mean the article right now, first prepare the installation for each distro and then make the installation but I think although it will become bigger and with repeated content it will be better if we put all instructions/preparation for each distro. --Oniltonmaciel 07:55, 28 October 2007 (PDT)

Maybe we could split the article in tree, installing from source will just provide links for two other articles:

InstallingAStableVersion

and

InstallingFromDevelopmentVersion

In InstallingFromSource we could explain the advantages and disadvantages of each one.

There is some dependencies that repeat their dependecie: I mean like: I think we don't need libgnome-desktop-2 because libgnome-desktop-dev already depends of libgnome-desktop-2 --Oniltonmaciel 04:58, 10 November 2007 (PST)
